We aim to process and ship orders promptly while ensuring careful handling.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Transit time: 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on destination and carrier routing.
Total estimated delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation based on customer locations.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The carrier is selected based on destination, package weight, and logistical efficiency.
Delivery availability to P.O. Boxes may depend on the carrier assigned to your shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Returns
You may request a return within30 daysfrom the date your order is delivered.
We encourage customers to inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Email our support team at hello@fremgard.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the issue.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions:
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Step 3 – Pack & Ship:
Returns are accepted by mail only. Securely pack the item in its original packaging (including all inserts) and drop it off at your chosen shipping carrier.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Fremgard covers the return shipping costs where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Change of Mind or Customer Preference:
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition (except where inspection is required). Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or deduction may apply where permitted by law.
Eligible Returns:
We accept returns for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items (customer remorse) within the 30-day return window.
Territorial Scope:
This return and refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made and delivered within the United States.

No. Fremgard does not charge any restocking fees or handling fees.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer cash refunds. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
